CONDITIONS PRIOR TO HIRING
To hire the services by prior appointment, the CLIENT must first accept the following Hiring Conditions. Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions. The CLIENT will not be allowed to use the Tarot services and will not be able to accept the Conditions if any of the following circumstances occur:
a) The user is not of legal age and cannot enter into a binding contract with the services.
b) The user does not have the necessary legal capacity to receive services in accordance with Spanish law.
RESPONSIBILITY
Pursuant to Law 34/2002, of July 11, of services of the information society and electronic commerce, the user is hereby informed that this website offers Tarot Reading Services and advice and is owned by A. Horus, CIF: G93618676, with address at Calle Chico del Matadero No7, 29004 Málaga (Spain).
SERVICES OFFERED ON THIS WEBSITE
For any and all services offered herein, the Provider reserves the right of admission for any client. The Provider offers Tarot and counseling services for people over 18 years old and the sale of products.
Private Tarot reading service by prior appointment. The service has four modalities:
a) In a single payment of €50/60 min. session (in person).
b) In a single payment of €25/30 min. session (via Skype or phone).
c) In a single payment of €40/60 min. session (via Skype or phone).
d) Hebrew pendulum session 40 €/ 60 min.
e) Arcana constellation €80/90 min.
The duration of the service is equivalent to the minutes hired, respectively, according to the modality of the session.
The Client will not be able to claim the return of the contracted service. If the Client forgets their appointment, if there are problems with the Client’s internet coverage or service at the date and time of the appointment, or if there is a delay of more than 10 minutes, the consultation will not be entitled to a refund of money or any other claim.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING:
– Peninsula (Spain): between 4 to 5 business days after placing the order and verification, except non-business days and holidays. Shipping cost: €7.
– Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe: consult.
RETURNS:
In compliance with current legislation, our policy is to grant the Client the right to return any physical item purchased on the website within 15 days from the date of receipt, in the event that the item was defective and the original packaging was preserved.
To return a physical item purchased on our website, it is essential to keep the original packaging and keep it sealed and in perfect condition. To make the return, the Client must notify the Customer Service department via e-mail. If the cause of the return is that the item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, the Company will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the Company receives a product that has been opened, is broken, or used, it will not accept the claim to refund the amount, and the customer will not receive any financial compensation.
The Client undertakes to pay the Provider in advance for the services hired, in the forms of payment accepted by the Provider. The service will be provided after the payment is confirmed, in the manner and time established during the booking of the appointment. The prices of the Services may change at any time and the sole and exclusive discretion of A. Horus. The Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers. The prices applied will be those indicated on the website of each service when the order or reservation is made, including taxes, where applicable, and the corresponding VAT according to the Client’s country, or exempt from VAT if applicable. Payment will be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE OF CONTENTS
This website is owned by A. Horus, and its purpose is to offer a service and information considered relevant to users. The reproduction, distribution, or transformation of the content of this website is prohibited without the express authorization of the owner, A. Horus. The user must read carefully the Legal Notice every time they access the website, as the conditions herein may be modified at any time.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal (“desistimiento”) is the power of a consumer of a good to return it to the seller within a legal period of 14 days, without having to justify or provide any explanation in this regard and without suffering a penalty.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between the Provider and the Client will be governed by current Spanish regulations. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
